Not wanting to be tacked up, throwing head up
Rubbing their mouth or head after being bridled or after untacking
Becoming ear shy
Evading the contact with the bit, drawing the tongue back, putting the tongue out to the side
Putting the tongue over the bit, opening the mouth or repetitive chewing
Snatching the reins, or pulling down on the contact
Tilting, constantly moving the head position or head shaking
Unwilling to move forward, dropping the head behind the vertical
Napping, shying or rearing
Difficulty with transitions or canter leads
Rushing when jumping

Testimonials
Amber was great when she came to see my mare, very knowledgeable and really talked me through what she was looking for and what she could see. She made 2 slight adjustments to my current bridle one being a change of head piece and the difference was amazing my mare was so much happier. I would highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for a bridle fitter. - Charley
I recently had a bridle fitting with Amber, as my pony's young rider was struggling with my very temperamental mare, who can get very argumentative. Amber talked me through the areas of concern on Ella's bridle and bit. She tried on a new bridle made up of a mixture of sizes to achieve a optimum fit. Amber also suggested new bit for Ella. Ella is now much happier in her ridden work. I’m grateful for Amber for taking the time to work out what would be suitable for Ella. - Chris
Amber fitted my bridle for my pony Ludo. He was uncomfortable in the mouth and throwing his head around. She had a look at it, pointed out the problems and explained in depth the issues my bridle was causing. She then explained how we could improve the bridle fit to make him happier when ridden. He is now much more forward, happier in the mouth, less heavy in your hands and more willing to work into a contact. This helpped me and Ludo a lot and I now have more of a understanding on what to look out for. I'd highly recommend Amber for any bridle issues that may arise with your own horse or pony. - Milly
